Both apps will be sold as monthly subscriptions through Google Play, with a 7-day free trial, and payment, cancellation and refunds handled by Google. Prices will be shown here and in Play before you confirm anything. Until then the browser test drive is free and needs no card.
Not a general accounting package. Job codes, purity, weight and labour are already set up the way a jeweller uses them. Enter a 15.65 g piece at 14 K and the pure-content figure and the labour charge land on the right side of the ledger automatically.

In a jeweller's business the value of a piece lives in its weight and purity, not in a product code. GoldProWin is built for the owner-run shops and workshops where that is the everyday reality.
You make or finish pieces in small numbers and do not want to label every item or invest in office equipment. GoldProWin keeps your material, customer and cash accounts on a single tablet.
Chain, bangles and bars are bought and sold by weight and purity, not piece by piece. Every line is entered as weight and purity, and the pure-content balance follows automatically.
You buy in one market and sell in another, and need both books to agree. GoldProWin keeps weight-based balances, several money balances and cash side by side, with the conversion maths done on each line at the rate you enter.
Handmade rings and jewellery with precious metal, semi-precious stones and labour in each piece. Record what went in and what it sold for, per customer, without a stock system built for mass retail.
Every job produces a slip; from the same records GoldProWin also prepares vouchers and invoices as PDF documents you can print or send by e-mail or WhatsApp.
GoldProWin produces these documents from the entries you keep in it. It does not connect to any tax authority or e-invoicing system, does not calculate or file taxes, and does not replace your accountant. Whether such a document counts as a legal invoice in your country is for you and your accountant to decide.
Not for: multi-branch chains, barcode-driven retail or anyone who needs a full ERP. GoldProWin is a ledger for a shop with one to a few counters.
To be clear
We do not buy, sell, broker or store jewellery, precious metal or any goods our users sell, for our users or for anyone else. There is no marketplace, exchange or counterparty anywhere in the software.
GoldProWin has no price feed. Every price, purity and rate in your ledger is a figure you enter yourself; we do not supply, suggest or update it.
Our servers hold your own bookkeeping only: customers, jobs, slips and the balances they add up to. We hold no money and no goods, only records.
