Monthly subscriptions through Google Play, each starting with a free trial and cancellable at any time from your Play subscriptions. The prices go here as soon as the listings are live.

Prices will be in US dollars and exclude any taxes Google Play adds for your country; Play shows the final amount in your local currency before you confirm. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Each subscription is tied to the Google account that purchased it.

Try it two ways

Browser test drive — 3 days

No install, no card. Gold and Scrap jobs are enabled; the other jobs are shown greyed out. Your entries go into a sample ledger that only you can see.

Google Play trial — 14 days

The full app, every job, on your own device. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.

Subscribe

After the trial the subscription renews monthly through Google Play until you cancel. Your data stays available for at least 90 days after a subscription ends, so you can resubscribe or export it.

Do I need a server or a PC?

No. The apps run on ordinary Android tablets and phones — there is nothing to install in your shop. Your ledger is kept on our servers and synced to your devices, so the apps need an internet connection to work.

Does it work without internet?

No. GoldPro is not an offline program. Your ledger lives on our servers so that a tablet, a phone and a replacement device all show the same books, and every entry is written there as you save it. Without a connection the app cannot record or show a transaction, so a shop with an unreliable line should have a phone it can share a connection from.

Can I use the tablet and the phone together?

Yes. Both apps work on the same company account, so the customers, balances and slips are shared. Each app is its own subscription.

How do I cancel?

From Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

What happens to my data if I stop?

It is kept for at least 90 days so you can resubscribe or export it, and is then deleted in our next scheduled deletion run — in practice between three and four months after the subscription ends. You can export your records from inside the app at any time.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests go through Google Play's refund process, or you can write to us at [email protected] with your order number.
