Gold is merchandise and money at the same time. GoldPro treats it that way: every customer has a fine-gold balance next to their balance in each currency, and every job updates both.
Every kind of job, one tap away
Gold sale and buy, gem-set gold, scrap in and out, cash, foreign currency, gold coins, gram gold, services, balance conversion, returns and account transfers. Each job knows which fields it needs, so the entry form only shows what matters.
Gold and currency balances, side by side
A customer's account shows debit and credit in GLD, USD, EUR and other rates (GBP, CHF, SAR, SEK, NOK, DKK, AUD, CAD, JPY, TRY, XAG) at once. Sell 15.65 g of 14K and the fine-gold amount (9.16 g) and the labour charge land on the right side of the ledger automatically.
Carat maths done for you
Type the weight and the fineness; the fine-gold equivalent is calculated on the spot. Labour can be charged per carat in gold or in a selected currency, and the line is posted in one save.
A slip for every sale, ready to send
Every save produces a slip with the job lines and totals. It is an image you can hand to the customer in seconds — over WhatsApp, e-mail or Drive — so the record leaves with them while they are still at the counter.
Statements and reports for any period
Customer statements, transaction reports, stock, work reports and balance sheet — filtered by date, scrollable on the device, and consistent with what the slip said on the day.
Five interface languages, your choice
The whole interface — menus, job names, slip headings — switches language per user: English, German, French, Spanish or Turkish. The same shop can run an English tablet at one counter and a German one at the next.
Customer and product cards
Keep customers, phone numbers and product definitions in one place; pick them from a list when entering a job.
Exchange rates
Maintain gold, USD, EUR and other rates; balance conversions use the rate you enter on the line.
Slip numbering per user
Each user and device has its own slip sequence, so numbers stay unique across the shop.
No special hardware
Runs on everyday Android tablets and phones — no server in your shop, no setup visit. Set up in minutes and keep your accounts with you at the counter or on the road.
Needs an internet connection
Your ledger is kept on our servers, not on the device, which is how a tablet, a phone and a replacement device all show the same books. GoldPro is not an offline program: without a connection it cannot record or show a transaction.
