Privacy and account-deletion requests
Use this page to ask us to delete your GoldPro account, to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to correct it.
Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the address registered on your account, and tell us:
- what you are asking for — delete my account, send me my data, or correct my data;
- your account user name and company name as shown in the app;
- for a Google Play purchase, the Play order number (optional, helps us find the account faster).
We may ask you to confirm the request from the registered e-mail address before acting on it. Account deletion removes your account and the personal information associated with it within a reasonable period; records we must keep for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention reasons are retained for as long as the law requires, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deleting your GoldPro account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or delete anything held by Google. Cancel the subscription in Google Play first, then send the deletion request.
